Archived fetch demo

Pre-Remix live demo for this kit (src/app.ts fetch entry + HTML shell).

The live demo is now Remix export-shape under /app (same recipe as starter-remix/). Scaffolder still embeds starter-remix/ only — not this archive and not the live demo tree.
